McIntosh Pro Line BCAA Paste can be used the day of a race or event, as well as the day after. BCAA ( Branched Chained Amino Acids) play a vital role in the production of muscular energy and post race recovery. It is well know that BCAA is beneficial in reducing and controlling lactic acid.

For best results use one tube of McIntosh Pro Line BCAA Paste the day of the race/event and a tube the day after, for better recovery. For heavy work and training sessions, use 40 ml the day of training and 40 ml the day after.
